- INTRODUCTION OF UNINSURED WOMEN’S HEALTH SERVICES MANUAL SECTION FOR THE FAMILY MO HEALTHNET MANUAL
DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memorandum is to introduce the Uninsured Women’s Health Services program manual section in the Family MO HealthNet manual.
The newly created sections above are to replace the Uninsured Women’s Health Services program sections in the Family Healthcare manual. Changes throughout the manual sections update terminology such as reinvestigation to review and assistance group to household; update federal poverty level (FPL) from 185% to 201%; remove networth, income, and resource requirements; and eliminate Family Assistance Management Information System (FAMIS) instructions.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Reference the Family MO HealthNet policy manual as needed.
