- INTRODUCTION OF ASSIGNMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPORT MANUAL SECTION FOR MO HEALTHNET
DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memorandum is to introduce the new Assignment of Medical Support for MO HealthNet for Families manual sections. These sections replace the Assignment of Medical Support section in the Family Healthcare manual.
Refer MO HealthNet cases in which a child is deprived of parental support due to the continued absence of the child’s parent/s from the home to FSD-CS by sending a completed Referral/Information for Child Support Services (CS-201).
NOTE: If birth certificates for children born out-of-state are provided by the applicant or available in the case file, attach a copy of the birth certificate to the CS-201 prior to submitting to FSD-CS.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Reference the Family MO HealthNet policy manual as needed.
