DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memorandum is to inform staff that the Ticket to Work Health Assurance (TWHA) program has been extended. The TWHA program was due to expire on August 28, 2013, based on the sunset clause included in state statute. During the past legislative session, the General Assembly extended the sunset date to August 28, 2019. The IM Manual has been updated to reflect this extension.

- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
