DISCUSSION:
The Food Stamp Manual section 1140.030.05 and FAMIS User Guide QUALITY CONTROL SANCTION are updated to clarify a sanction for refusal to cooperate with a QC review is to be entered and imposed even if the Food Stamp case is already closed for another reason
