DISCUSSION:
This memorandum is to introduce a new section to the Family Healthcare Manual – MAGI in the Income Maintenance Manuals. Section 1800.000.00 Family MO HealthNet Programs is a brief introduction listing what MO HealthNet programs are included in this section of the manual. It also includes a legal basis for all Family MO HealthNet programs.
