- 50% AND FULL-FAMILY SANCTION ROBOCALLS FOR TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE
50% Sanction Robocalls-
When an individual does not comply with MWA work requirements, an alert is created to begin the sanctioning process. This alert displays on the INTRFACE screen and generates a robocall and adverse action notice to reduce the TA benefit by 50%.
One Call creates the following robocall to the participant:
Hello, this is a recorded message from the State of Missouri, Family Support Division. You have been sent notices regarding your benefits. Go to your MWA provider or your benefits will be reduced or ended. To find a MWA location, go online to dss.mo.gov and search MWA, or call 1-855-373-4636 and ask us to help you locate your nearest MWA provider.
Full-Family sanction robocalls-
If the individual does not comply with work requirements while the 50% sanction is in effect, an alert is created to begin closing the TA case. This alert displays on the INTRFACE screen and generates a robocall and adverse action notice to close the TA case.
One Call creates the following robocall to the participant:
Hello, this is a recorded message from the State of Missouri, Family Support Division. Your benefits will end soon due to non-compliance with your Missouri Work Assistance provider. If you believe you meet an exemption, or you are now in compliance, please contact us at 1-855-373-4636.
Where will the TA sanction robocalls be delivered
The robocalls default to the participant’s home phone number(s) listed on the Person Detail screen until the participant selects a preferred method of contact. When a preferred method of contact had been identified by the participant, FSD will only contact their home and cell phone numbers listed as preferences when sending robocalls. If the participant has opted out of receiving the automated calls, no robocalls will occur.
