DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memo is to inform staff that policy has been clarified regarding exemptions to meeting the ABAWD work/training requirements. Policy reflects that any person who meets an Employment and Training (E&T) exemption is also exempt from meeting the ABAWD work/training requirements.
The Casework Reference Guide has a METP Exemption Chart that can be used for a quick reference for a list of METP exemptions.NECESSARY ACTION:
