MANUAL REVISION 1120.010.00 and 1120.020.00
DISCUSSION:
The attached manual revisions contain updated policies for processing a Food Stamp application (FS-1) received by the FSD.
In addition to addressing the proper use of date stamping, these revisions address how to process a FS-1 that:
- Only contains an applicant’s name, address and signature
- Is missing an applicant’s name, address or signature
- Contains a mailing, not physical, address for the applicant
- Identifies a homeless applicant with no physical address
- Uses the FSD office address as a mailing address for the applicant
