Overview

This chapter outlines the Family Support Team (FST) Meeting process, activities that occur within the first 30 days following a child’s entry into alternative care, defines the purpose, timeline and requirements of each FST meeting, defines team member and additional participant roles, provides guidance for planning and scheduling FST’s, use of the FST-1 form, and identifies activities before, during and after the FST meeting.
