Individuals from another state who are planning to return to that state must also be offered voter registration assistance. National Mail Voter Registration forms are to be downloaded as needed from the United States Election Assistance Commission web site at http://www.eac.gov/voter_resources/register_to_vote.aspx. Mail completed registrations to the mailing address indicated on the form for the individual’s state of residence.
