Ensure EUs qualified for expedited service are allowed to participate within seven days of the application date or by the first working day of the month for which the benefits are intended, whichever is later, if the EU is screened for the month following the month of application. For the EU to participate, food stamp benefits must be available in the EBT account and the EU must have an EBT card.
