When a Blind Pension (BP) cash or vendor participant enters an ICF/IID, follow adverse action procedures to close the BP case. At the same time register a MO HealthNet for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled (MHABD) case and determine if the participant is eligible MHBABD vendor with an ICF/IID level of care.
