A household meeting criteria for initial Transitional MO HealthNet eligibility is eligible for the first six months unless:
- the household no longer resides in Missouri; or
- there is no longer a Transitional MO HealthNet eligible child in the home, because the last such child either left the home or exceeds the MHF age requirement
- NOTE: Unable to locate will NOT close TMH for any member in the initial six months
Failure to complete and return the first quarterly report form without good cause results in ineligibility for Transitional MO HealthNet for the second six months. See 1820.050.00 Quarterly Report Requirements. Always explore eligibility for other MO HealthNet programs any time TMH eligibility ends.
