There are limited reasons for cancelling a rejection:
- The case was rejected in error
- A hearing decision requires this action, or
- The household provided all requested verification within 30 days of the rejection date. The case must be reopened and evaluated with the missing information.
NOTE: Do not cancel a rejection unless ALL requested verification is provided.
