Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) case file information must not be discussed outside of the Family Support Division (FSD) office except in the performance of official agency business. Information should never be discussed where there is a likelihood of the discussion being overheard by an unauthorized individual. The staff of any FSD office must make every effort to protect the household’s right to confidentiality.
