Resources are excluded for the following reasons:
- when a claimant has filed for bankruptcy and the assets are frozen until settlement of the bankruptcy proceedings
- when a lien has been placed against an asset as a result of securing a business loan and the EU is prohibited by the security or lien agreement from selling the asset
Enter the resources as they would normally be entered on the Resource screens. Enter an “N” in the Access Y/N field to exclude the resource.
