Participants of Temporary Assistance, SSI, SP, or SAB, who are part of an EU in which other members do not receive these benefits, are categorically eligible. Exclude from the EU’s total resources those resources verified as belonging to the Temporary Assistance, SSI, SP, or SAB participant.
Treat income for categorically eligible EU members the same as for non–categorically eligible members. The EU must meet gross and net income standards.
