Close the case when an household voluntarily requests its case be closed.
- If the household makes the request in person, ask the household to provide the request in a signed written statement.
- If the household makes the request in writing, authorize the closing with the Worker Initiated Closing action and reason Voluntarily Closed Your Case.
- If the household makes the request verbally, initiate an Adverse Action Worker Closing action with reason Voluntarily Closed Your Case.
