Households receiving Food Stamp benefits as of March 31, 2020 will have P-EBT benefits automatically added to their current EBT card.
Households not receiving Food Stamp benefits as of March 31, 2020 will need to request benefits through an application process and provide the state with information needed to issue benefits on an EBT card to the household through the FAMIS eligibility system. Households who have not had an active EBT card within the past 365 days will receive a new EBT card in the mail with issued benefits.
