Once the initial EBT card is received by the participant or authorized representative and a PIN is chosen by calling the EBT Vendor Help Desk at 800-997-7777, the card is ready for use at any location where the Quest® sign appears. Replacement EBT cards will continue to use the same PIN number chosen by the participant until it is updated by the cardholder. Â
