The HCB individual must be age 63 or older. Refer to section 0110.010.00 Age/Relationship of the General Information manual for acceptable verification of age.
- Individuals age 65 and older qualify for HCB on the basis of age.
- Individuals age 63 or 64 must also meet Permanent and Total Disability (PTD) Requirements.
