A written notification is sent after the application has been approved or rejected. The reason for rejection will contain the appropriate legal reference.
The application may be rejected on the application due date if the applicant fails to provide needed information in response to two written requests. The allotted timeframe for the written request must be at least 10 days from the date of issuance of the request.
A notice of rejection is sent for any applicant found ineligible. This includes situations where some assistance members (for whom assistance was requested) are found ineligible while others are found eligible.
