To be eligible for Temporary Assistance, a child must be under the age of 19 years (13 CSR 40-2.325).
If all eligibility requirements are met, a cash payment is paid to:
- children up to and including the month they turn 18; and
- children under age 19 (including the month they turn 19) who are full-time students in high school or an equivalent vocational or technical training program expected to complete high school or the equivalent program.
