The Family Support Division-Child Support (CS) or its designee shall determine if an applicant for or participant in the Temporary Assistance (TA) program is not cooperating in establishing paternity or in establishing, modifying, or enforcing a support order regarding a child. If the applicant or TA participant is not cooperating and does not qualify for a good cause exception, as provided in Section 0205.060.05 Notice/Good Cause for Refusal to Cooperate, or other exception established by FSD-CS, Income Maintenance shall impose the sanction provided in Section 0205.060.35 Sanctions for Refusal to Cooperate.
