All on-the-job training (OJT) activity components, with the exception of assessment, allow projection of hours up to six months in the future based on at least one week of documentation. Following are reasons to “reproject” the hours:
- If there is a change in the activity prior to six months, the projection should be modified in the MWA System.
- If the activity is scheduled to end prior to six months, the projection in the MWA System is ended when completed.
- If the participant is providing documentation for Transportation Reimbursement Expense (TRE) that differs from the projection, the actual hours of participation are entered in the MWA System.
