DISCUSSION:
The IM-80A, Waiver of 10-Day Advance Notice, has been revised to accommodate the delinking procedures for Temporary Assistance and MC+ for family programs and to reflect current terminology.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
  • Destroy the current supply of IM-80A upon receipt of an initial supply.
  • File the revised form (PDF) and instructions (PDF) in the Forms Manual.
