TANF MONTHS USED (IM-41TA); FORMS MANUAL REVISION #29
DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memorandum is to introduce the IM-41TA as an E-form and provide staff with form instructions.  This form is available as a template and will not be printed. 

The IM-41TA is an accompaniment to the Out Of State Information Request (IM-41) for Temporary Assistance cases only.  This form will assist staff in obtaining the amount of federally funded TANF cash assistance months received out of state.  A hard copy of the form and the instructions are attached, to be filed in the Forms Manual as an E-form only.
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Discuss this memorandum with appropriate staff.
  • File the form IM-41TA and the forms instructions in the Forms Manual.
  • Begin using the IM-41TA for all Temporary Assistance cases that have received TANF benefits in another state.
