| AUTOMATIC REJECTION OF FAMIS FOOD STAMP APPLICATIONS |
| DISCUSSION: |
| Effective August 18, 2003, there will no longer be a five-business day waiting period after the due date before FAMIS rejects food stamp applications with outstanding verification. Applications will be automatically rejected the night the reject status is set, rather than being set to RTA status and waiting for the worker to authorize the action. |
