Several questions have arisen in the reading
of the IPAY screen. Therefore, the purpose of this memorandum is
to review coding on the IPAY screen to enable workers to easily read the
coding system on this screen correctly. Attached to this memorandum
are revised instructions 
for reading the IPAY screen. Current changes have been incorporated
into this memorandum. Other changes made over the last several years
have also been included.
Follow these instructions when using the IPAY screen to determine amount and date of cash benefits, status of payments, and date payment status changed. |
