This memorandum is to clarify that the
Supercase address is used by FAMIS for mailing correspondence to EUs whose
living arrangement is "SW", shelter for battered women. Correspondence
is sent to the Supercase address to protect the location of the EU.
If the battered women's shelter uses a Post Office box address, use the
Post Office box when clearing the Supercase address. The SW code
will allow the Post Office box address to clear. This is an exception
to information contained in Email
Memorandum IM-167 dated July 31, 2003. The residential address
entered on the Person Detail screen (FM0I) is not used when the EU's living
arrangement is "SW", Shelter for Battered Women.
EXAMPLE: Ms A and her children moved to a shelter for battered women located at PO Box 2103, Jefferson City, MO 65103. Ms A's living arrangement code on the Supercase Member Clearance screen (FM0E) is SW. The worker also entered an address of PO Box 199, Jefferson City, MO 65103, which is her personal mailing address when she is not in the shelter, on the Person Detail screen (FM0I). Correspondence is mailed to Ms A at PO Box 2103, Jefferson City, MO. 65103. |
