Effective immediately, form FS-1B, Expedited Service Notice and instructions are obsolete.  Please remove the form and instructions from the IM Forms Manual.  Please destroy/recycle all remaining office copies.
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
  • Remove form FS-1B and instructions from the IM Forms Manual.
