10 CHARACTER DCN FOR ADMINISTRATIVE TERMINAL AND EBT SYSTEM OUTAGE |

Effective February 22, 2003, the Missouri
Administrative Terminal requires a 10 character (byte) DCN, rather than
the current 8 bytes. Type two leading zeros in front of the DCN in
any field in the Administrative Terminal that requires the DCN. An
error message displays if the two lead zeros are not entered.
There will be an EBT system outage on February 22, 2003, between the hours of midnight and 5:00 a.m. to perform the system conversion process. Emergency vouchers for food stamp transactions will be in effect up to $40.00. Cash transactions cannot be completed until the system is available. This change requires that a new version of the Administrative Terminal be installed on your PC after the case number conversion process is completed on February 22. Complete the following steps to download and install the new version:
