DISCUSSION:
The IMU5 Code Sheet has been revised. It has been updated to include the following changes and additions:  

Field 13P1 - WORK REQUIREMENT CODE

  • T - Teen Parent Under Age 18 AND Attending An Educational Activity (NOT Subject to Lifetime Limit)
  • F - Teen Parent NOT Attending An Educational Activity (Subject to Lifetime Limit) 
Field 13P2 - EXEMPT/EXTENSION REASONS
  • 05 -  Needed in Home to Care for a Disabled Individual
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
