DISCUSSION:
The following chapters of the Income Maintenance manual have been moved to the intranet: These manual sections replace the current chapters of the Income Maintenance manual for SAB and the December 1973 Eligibility Requirements.  The new sections include policy changes implemented by memorandum since the last manual revision.

Most of the verification requirements have been moved to the General Information Manual Section 0110.000.00.  Some verification requirements such as disability, vision and real property remain in the policy sections.
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Discuss this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
  • These manual sections replace Chapters III and XI of the paper manual.
  • Begin using the on-line sections as the official policy for SAB and the December 1973 Eligibility Requirements for MA.
