| COMMUNICATION TRANSMITTAL (IM-16) DISTRIBUTED THROUGH OUTLOOK |

Communication Transmittal’s (IM-16) sent from Family Support Division-Child
Support Enforcement (FSD-CSE) are presently being routed to a central address
for each county to distribute. Effective March 01, 2004, IM-16’s
from FSD-CSE will be sent via Outlook to individual workers at their Outlook
address. If no worker can be determined then the IM-16 will be sent
to the county’s central address on file for distribution.
