| Family Healthcare Manual Sections 0905.010.45 through 0905.010.45.55, Need (MAF), have been revised and renumbered as Sections 0905.012.00 - 0905.012.75.50. There has not been a change in policy or procedures. The Section has been expanded to address determining need for MAF recipients with regard to assistance grouping and budgeting disregards, etc. and provides clarification of some issues that have been brought to our attention. Only those issues that have policy identical to Temporary Assistance policy refer back to the Temporary Assistance Sections. |
