IM-4FS EAT FOR HEALTH PAMPHLET
DISCUSSION:
The IM-4FS Eat for Health pamphlet is revised. Revisions include:
- reinforcing the nutrition aspect of the Program; and
- the new maximum gross monthly income chart now includes the October 2005 income limits.
The revised pamphlet 
is available on the Intranet as well as the Department of Social Services Internet site at https://dss.mo.gov/fsd/fstamp/index.htm. Destroy/recycle all copies of the pamphlet with a revision date prior to 08/05. An initial distribution is being sent to each county. Additional copies may be obtained using normal ordering procedures.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
- Destroy/recycle all versions of the brochure dated prior to 08/05.
