DISCUSSION:
The Food Stamp Manual sections regarding disqualifications are revised. The revision includes policy and procedure changes made via Memorandum IM-#101, dated September 28, 2004; clarifying policy; adding FAMIS procedures; and adding a section on forms and notices.
