DISCONTINUE PC VERSION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE TERMINAL
DISCUSSION:
Effective Monday, December 19, 2005, the PC version of the Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Administrative Terminal will no longer be available. Staff will continue to access the Administrative Terminal at www.ebtEDGE.com.
Memorandum IM-#72, dated July 1, 2005, notified staff that the EBT Administrative Terminal was moving to the Internet at www.ebtEDGE.com. The EBT Web Admin icon is on the desktop and the PC Admin icon has been removed.
If your computer was turned off, or was not available for the updates, the transfer of the icons may not have taken place on your desktop. Contact the Help Desk if
- you still have the PC Admin icon,
- you do not have the new icon shown below, or
- you cannot get signed on to the Internet version of the Administrative Terminal.
Refer to the user guide ACCESSING THE EBT ADMINISTRATIVE TERMINAL ONLINE 
, for instructions on how to sign on to ebtEDGE. The EBT Manual is also available for your reference in processing EBT issues.
