FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL CHANGE FOR THE GRANDPARENTS AS FOSTER PARENTS PROGRAM
DISCUSSION:
Effective April 01, 2005, the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) will increase. Attached is the new 200% of FPL chart to be used when determining or re-determining eligibility for the Grandparents As Foster Parents (GAFP) program.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Begin using the new FPL figures immediately.
