DISCUSSION:
The Food Stamp Manual section discussing simplified reporting individuals who move to a nursing home is added. Moving to a nursing home is not an action that is required to be reported. If the individual is approved for nursing assistance (cash grant or vendor level of care) the change must be acted on for the food stamp case.
