NOTICE REGARDING SERVICES FOR MEDICAID AND MC+ ADULTS
DISCUSSION:
The Division of Medical Services (DMS) is implementing changes to the Medicaid program’s covered benefits for eligible Missouri adults as directed by Senate Bill 539 and House Bill 11.
Medicaid recipients will be informed of the changes in their covered medical services and the effective dates of the changes. The attached letter will be sent to the approximately 370,000 affected recipients by August 1, 2005.
Medicaid recipients should be instructed to contact DMS Recipient Services at the phone number listed on the notice.

- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
