FOOD STAMP “REPORTING CHANGES FOR THE FOOD STAMP PROGRAM” PAMPHLET
DISCUSSION:
The IM-4FS/SR, “Reporting Changes for the Food Stamp Program” pamphlet is developed to advise EUs subject to simplified reporting requirements how simplified reporting affects their food stamp case.
The pamphlet discusses the following points:
- simplified reporting is a policy that limits what changes some food stamp EUs must report;
- identifies what information must be reported;
- informs the EU of how to find out what their maximum income amount is;
- informs the EU of what happens to information that is not required to be reported; and
- identifies that simplified reporting only applies to the Food Stamp Program.
Give this pamphlet to all EUs at application when the EU is subject to simplified reporting requirements.
An initial supply of the pamphlet will be sent to all county offices. This pamphlet may be reordered from the warehouse using normal ordering procedures.
