REVISED FA-150, ACTION NOTICE AND FA-510, ADVERSE ACTION NOTICE

DISCUSSION:

The FA-150, Action Notice, and FA-510, Adverse Action Notice, have been revised. Programming changes have been made to show all reasons for an action in FAMIS on the notices.

EXAMPLE: Mr. Kenny reports to his worker that he is now enrolled in college. He does not meet student eligibility and an FA-510, Adverse Action Notice, is sent to the EU notifying him he is no longer eligible for benefits.
All of the reasons for the action are listed on the notice. The reasons listed for this EU are:
When the FA-510, Adverse Action Notice expires, the FA-150, Action Notice is sent. The notice states the EU is no longer eligible because Mr. Kenny does not meet student eligibility.
