ENTERING QUALITY CONTROL DISQUALIFICATIONS IN FAMIS
DISCUSSION:
Effective April 10, 2006, the sanction end date (End field) and reason for ending the sanction (RSN field) are required fields when entering a food stamp Quality Control (QC) sanction on the Sanction/Disqualification (FMAM) screen. Refer to the Quality Control Sanction user guide for instructions on entering a Quality Control Sanction. If the sanction end date and reason fields do not have an entry for a Quality Control sanction, the error message “Mandatory Fields Have Not Been Entered” appears.
Refer to the Food Stamp manual, Section 1140.050.05 for instructions on determining the end date for a Quality Control sanction.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Always enter the end date and reason when entering a Quality Control sanction in FAMIS.
