SPENDDOWN PAMPHLET AND INSTRUCTIONS
DISCUSSION:
The IM-4 Medical Assistance (MA) Spenddown pamphlet is revised to remove references to the Division of Family Services to read as Family Support Division. References to Caseworker are removed and changed to read as Eligibility Specialist.
An initial supply of this pamphlet is being sent to the county offices. Upon receipt of the revised pamphlet (03/06), destroy/recycle all previous versions.
The IM-4 MA Spenddown pamphlet 
, with instructions, is also available via the Department of Social Services Intranet in the Forms Manual, Volume 1.
