DISCUSSION:
The Supplemental Payments (SP) policy manual has been moved to the intranet as Section 700.000.00. Section 700.000.00 replaces the current Chapter VIII of the Income Maintenance manual as the policy manual for SP. The new section includes policy changes implemented by memorandum since the last manual revision.
NECESSARY ACTION:

Discuss this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
This manual section replaces Chapters VIII of the paper manual.
Begin using the on-line section 700.000.00 as the official policy for SP.
