DISCUSSION:
The Very Low Food Stamp Income manual section is revised to include changes to policy made in previous memoranda, formatting changes, changing household to EU, and adding FAMIS processes and procedures. Section 1115.090.05 is incorporated into Section 1115.090.00 and no longer exists.
Information contained in the following memorandums is incorporated into the Very Low Food Stamp Income manual section:

Message regarding management-Memorandum IM-#60 dated June 7, 2005, introduced a new message in FAMIS for the Food Stamp Program to alert eligibility specialists that management is in question
Management--Memorandum IM-#77 dated July 25, 2005, introduced a new reason for failure to explain management (MGT) for worker initiated rejections and adverse action worker initiated closings.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
