SUBJECT: | FAMIS FAMILY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM REPORTS ADDED TO MANAGED REPORTING SYSTEM |
DISCUSSION:
Due to the integration of the Family Medical Assistance programs into FAMIS, reports are added and current reports for food stamps, Temporary Assistance and Child Care are revised in the Managed Reporting system. Managed Reporting only reports information for cases processed in FAMIS. Information for cases processed in Legacy continue to be available in their current format until the conversion to FAMIS is complete.
Information regarding the available reports and changes to existing reports is available on the Managed Reporting site by clicking the bar labeled “Domain Info.” Then, click on the “Help” icon available on the Domain Info screen to view an “Index of Online Help.” This site will be updated as new reports are produced.
NOTE: The Head Start Referrals form (FAMQT723) is now produced by FAMIS and will continue to be a paper-generated report that will be made available to the county offices. The county offices may use this list to refer families and children to their local Head Start office.
New Managed Reports
New reports available are as follows:
-
Active Newborn Children Age 1 or Over: This report displays children active at a Newborn level of care who are age one or over. This report provides staff the ability to track and take necessary action for children aging out of Newborn status and provides managers the ability to monitor actions for the staff they supervise.
-
Family Medicaid Children Age 19 or Over: This report displays active Family Medical Assistance children who are age 19 or over. This report provides staff the ability to track and take necessary action for children aging out of Family Medical Assistance and provides managers the ability to monitor actions for the staff they supervise.
-
Overdue Applications at the End of the Report Month: This report displays overdue applications for the Child Care, food stamps, Temporary Assistance and Family Medical Assistance programs. This report lists, by program, the Eligibility Unit's date of application, number of days the Eligibility Unit is overdue, and the date by which a delay code must be entered when taking action on the Eligibility Unit.
- Pending Applications at the End of the Report Month: This report displays applications in pending status for the Child Care, food stamps, Temporary Assistance and Family Medical Assistance programs. This report lists, by program, the Eligibility Unit's date of application and the number of days the Eligibility Unit has been pending. Temporary Assistance Eligibility Unit's pending column is separate from the other programs as the date of application for TA is counted as day one, while the other programs count the day after the date of application as day one.
