| SUBJECT: | MISSOURI RX PLAN (MoRx) LETTERS TO RECIPIENTS |
DISCUSSION:
MoRx has mailed letters to recipients informing them of their option to enroll in one of five preferred prescription drug (Part D) plans that they are now working with to get recipients the best possible help with their prescription drugs. The five preferred plans are Community Care RX Basic, First Health Premier, Humana PDP Standard, AARP MedicareRX Plan, and AARP MedicareRX Plan-Saver.
These letters may result in additional phone calls and inquiries to Family Support Offices. FSD staff receiving any phone calls or inquiries regarding this notice should refer the individual to the following toll free number: 1-800-375-1406 and instruct them to use option 4.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Refer all individuals inquiring about the MoRx letter to 1-800-375-1406.
